Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Delta Furniture is a UAE-based custom furniture manufacturer. These Terms apply to all orders placed with us, including custom furniture, reupholstery, and related services.
 
By confirming a quote, placing an order, or submitting payment, you confirm that you’ve read and accepted Delta Furniture’s Terms & Conditions.

2. Orders & Deposits

  • A deposit is required before production begins. The amount depends on the order scope.
  • Quotes are valid for 14 calendar days.
  • Changes may be made before production starts or if they do not affect already produced items.
  • Cancellations after production begins will result in loss of deposit or a deduction equal to the value of work completed.

3. Measurements & Client Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for co-verifying all dimensions, references, and layout requirements before production begins.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect measurements, access restrictions, or site conditions, Delta is not liable. We will work with the client to resolve the issue fairly.

4. Production Timelines

  • Typical B2C orders: 5–10 working days.
  • B2B and bulk: Up to 500 sofas/month of the same design.
  • Signature Partners: Same day production possible for repeat SKUs and limited quantities.
  • While we aim to deliver on time, no fixed deadlines are guaranteed.

Delays due to late approvals, missing details, site inaccessibility, or supplier disruption are not considered production faults.

5. Payments

  • Final payment terms vary by customer and order type.
  • Accepted: bank transfer, cash, cheque.
  • VAT is charged separately, as required by UAE law.

6. Delivery & Installation

  • B2C clients are offered delivery and installation (inclusion depends on the order).
  • B2B clients typically manage their own delivery.
  • We do not remove old furniture or prep installation space.
  • Client presence is preferred at delivery. Handover is considered fulfillment.
  • Clients must inspect items at the time of delivery. Any concerns must be raised within 48 hours of receipt.

7. Product Warranty & Defects

  • Frame defects are covered for up to 12 months from delivery.
  • Fabric and upholstery wear or client-supplied materials are not covered.
  • Post-delivery comments are always reviewed and resolved within reason.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Clients must have permission to use any third-party designs or references they submit.
  • Delta accepts no liability for copyright or design ownership disputes.

9. Client-Supplied Materials

  • If a client provides their own fabric, accessories, or hardware, Delta is not responsible for defects, durability, or performance issues caused by those materials.

10. Use in Portfolio

  • We may photograph completed work for our portfolio or marketing.

11. Client Delays

  • If delivery or payment is delayed by more than 14 days after readiness, Delta reserves the right to charge a storage fee.

12. Force Majeure

Delta is not responsible for delivery or service delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Material shortages
  • Supplier or transport delays
  • Government restrictions
  • Weather or emergencies

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by UAE law. Disputes will be resolved in UAE courts, after good-faith attempts to resolve them informally.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
